A tangle of cables and plugs behind a desk — look familiar?
FREE WITH YOUR FIRST VISIT
Look familiar? We'll tidy that up.

Every home has a tangle of cables behind the TV, the desk, or the router. It looks messy, it's confusing, and trailing cables are a trip hazard. When you book your first Flummoxed visit, we'll tidy up your cables, label what everything is, and make sure nothing's trailing across the floor — completely free.

The people behind Flummoxed

We started because someone's mum called a tablet "that newfangled thing" and couldn't find the on button. So we came round and helped.

Amy — your first call at Flummoxed
Amy
Your first call

The voice you'll hear when you ring Flummoxed. Amy makes sure you feel comfortable before anyone visits, and checks in afterwards to make sure everything's working.

Simon
Founder

Sussex business owner who started Flummoxed because too many people were being left behind by technology — and targeted by scammers who exploit that.

An hour of patience and plain English

We come to your home, sit down with you, and work through whatever you need — at your pace. We don't use jargon. We don't rush. Even if the fix takes ten minutes, we spend the rest of the hour answering your questions and making sure you're confident.

Before we leave, we give you a written summary of what we did, a laminated cheat sheet for the tasks you'll do most often, and a fridge magnet with our number. So next time you're stuck, help is one call away.

The five golden rules

Print this page. Stick it by the phone.

1. Your bank will NEVER ask you to move money to a "safe account"
2. No real company will EVER phone you about a computer virus
3. If someone you've never met in person asks for money — it's a scam
4. If it sounds too good to be true — it is
5. When in doubt — hang up, wait 5 minutes, and call someone you trust

Think you've been scammed? Call your bank immediately on the number on the back of your card.
Then call us — we'll check your devices and help secure your accounts.
